ADP Aluminium Systems Ltd was established in 1987. A family run business that has since gained a long-standing reputation within the architectural aluminium glazing industry for delivering a high-quality service that is cost effective and within programme.
ADP operates from its own premises in Rugeley, Staffordshire, which gives an ideal location for nationwide projects. The manufacturing facility has a working area of 10,000sq ft with a fully skilled and experienced fabrication workforce.

Our Leadership Team
Managing Director – Alan Davies
Alan is not only the visionary founder of ADP Aluminium Systems, he is also driving force behind the company’s remarkable ongoing success in the modern manufacturing industry. ADP was established in 1987 and has grown over a 38 year period into one of the leading suppliers of aluminium glazing solutions.
Alan has driven the business forward with his hands on approach be a multi-million-pound company working with some of the UK’s largest main contractors and leading supply chain partners.
Operations/Contracts Manager – Gavin Davies
Gavin started his career at ADP Aluminium Systems in 2001, he began his experience as a fabrication operative on the shop floor and then moved into the site environment installing products.
Gavin then moved into an estimating role within the business, where he built strong customer relations with clients. Keen to experience all elements of the business, Gavin then moved into a contracts co-ordination position which included setting out and ordering materials. He now oversees the day to day operations of the business which includes staff management, installation management and transport.
Commercial Estimating Manager – Glenn Davies
Glenn joined the family business in 1998 straight out of school.
Glenn quickly became adept in the estimating process and through his experiences has quickly advanced his technical expertise to a standard of high-quality.
Glenn now oversees sales and driving the company’s overall commercial strategy.
He plays a key role in strengthening customer relationships and supporting
sustainable business growth.
Senior Design Technician – Richard Smyth
Richard joined ADP Aluminium Systems in 2000 as a trainee design technician.
Having arrived at ADP with a GNVQ in advanced engineering and a City and Guilds
2D & 3D computer aided design qualification progress.
He quickly became an integral part of the ADP’s design team and has been at
the forefront of the enhancements the business has made.
Richard has a wealth of experience dealing with Main Contractors and Architects
and he is fully proficient with CAD, Logikal and surveying.
Senior Design Technician – Anthony Jahn
Anthony also joined ADP Aluminium Systems in 2000 as a trainee design technician. Having arrived at ADP with a GNVQ in advanced engineering and a City and Guilds 2D & 3D computer aided design qualification, Anthony had all the tools for a career in design.
Anthony’s attention to detail with his design has been a vital contribution to ADP’s growth and development. Anthony goes above and beyond in assisting architects and main contractors and he is fully proficient with CAD, Logikal and surveying.
Contracts Co-ordinator – David Wood
David was ADP first ever employee back in 1987.
David joined the business as a fabricator with experience within this roll. This lead to him becoming ADP’s factory foreman for many years who then progressed in to an office position as a contracts co-ordinator.
David’s vast experience and knowledge within the aluminium façade industry is impeccable to ADP vision and growth.
Office Accounts/Administrator – Debbie Sheedy
Debbie became a valued member of the ADP team back in 2011, bringing with her a decade of prior professional experience successfully managing both accounts and general administration.
Operating as our front of house representative, she warmly welcomes every single guest with a kind, courteous, and thoroughly professional manner. Her dedicated work ethic is truly second to none, and she continuously proves herself to be reliably available to help, support, and advise colleagues and visitors alike.
